This is an entry-level and full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, for our offices based in Thermi.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage warehouses’ stock with reservations and deductions
Reserve orders from the commercial department in order to satisfy all customers’ needs
Issue the loading schedule and share it with warehouses and other departments
Communicate with the cooperative warehouses to achieve full supervision of the goods
Budget outbound costs and create shipments for loadings
Ensure company's database is updated
Collaborate with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Fluency in English
Degree in logistics/supply chain or relative field
Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience - entry-level position
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
