We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the field, that will be working on a shift of 18:00-02:00. We are looking for professionals who are based mainly in Thessaloniki, however, we are considering applications from applicants all over Greece.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate with Shipping Lines and other logistics-related companies overseas (truckers, customs agents etc.)
Maintaining a stellar relationship with our logistics partners
Develop a deep understanding of the freight market in the area under her/his scope
Collaborate internally with many different teams in the group
Deal and sort out issues in transportation, logistics systems and operational issues in a timely & effective way
Check & approve/dispute invoices
File and register documents accurately
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
Previous experience in the shipping industry (ocean transportation) is a plus
Excellent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
