We are looking for an IT Support Technician to become a member of the helpdesk team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be involved with technical assistance, managing and maintaining users. You will participate in helpdesk team activities and will be trained in new technologies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing technical assistance & guidance to all users

  • Deployment, upgrading, and repairing of IT Hardware & Software

  • Maintaining and managing Active Directory user accounts

  • Managing and maintaining user mailboxes using Microsoft Office 365

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics or any other closely related field

  • At least one year experience in similar position

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with minimum supervision

  • A genuine team player, with results-oriented spirit

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and English, both in technical and non-technical language

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and internal customers

  • Self-motivation, confidence, courtesy

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies, ideally Office 365
