We are looking for a professional, based in Thessaloniki, with solid experience in the field, who will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00 and will join our Transport Logistics Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Design and optimize daily transport and delivery routes
Plan and optimize truck routes, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries
Coordinate daily transportation activities with carriers, transport partners and warehouse colleague
Monitor shipments throughout transit and proactively resolve any transportation issues or delays
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Department to support customer requirements and ensure seamless shipment execution
Coordinate load scheduling based on customer needs, truck availability, and operational priorities
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, documentation requirements, and company procedures
Maintain accurate transportation records and update internal systems
Analyse transportation performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost

Qualifications & Competencies

Preferable degree in Logistics or Business Administration
Previous experience of at least 2 to 4 years in a similar position is necessary
Excellent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
