Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming data on quality aspects from customers

  • Provide analysis and comments to sales colleagues

  • Prepare relative information and documentation to be sent to suppliers

  • Maintain detailed quality records in the company's software

  • Follow up on compensations/outcome

  • Assist with staff training, as necessary

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in a similar position, ideally in the Paper industry

  • Degree in a Technical or Business discipline

  • Excellent knowledge of English

  • Ability to identify the information needed to clarify a situation and get that information from appropriate sources

  • Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate clearly to a wide range of people – including suppliers, customers, and team members

  • Dynamic and extroverted character

  • Very good negotiation skills

  • Availability for business travels
