Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate with Management to understand business operation, and identify current and future business needs
Be responsible to provide advice for improvement and identify challenges
Close collaboration with the IT department to understand technical requirements, bugs or potential issues
On-time execution of assigned projects aiming to enhance business efficiency
Train users to new tools or systems to ensure smooth operation
Collaborate with all departments for the best business results
Qualifications & Competencies
Two years of experience in logistics or related field
Experience in the project management field
Excellent knowledge of English
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
Strong communicational skills
Problem-solving ability
Critical thinking skills
