For our newly established branch in Sofia, we are looking to recruit an experienced professional that will manage administrative support and back office tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Electronic document management

  • Regular communication with local authorities regarding commercial issues (certificates etc.)

  • Close collaboration with regional headquarters in Greece for commercial and logistics issues

  • Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding orders

  • Management of Import / Export Documentation

  • Handling customer requests

  • Collaborating with colleagues of other departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in a relevant position (Commercial Back Office or/and Logistics) ideally in the Waste Paper Industry

  • Fluency in English

  • Degree in Business or Logistics

  • Very good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Very good communication and organizational skills

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
