Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handle imports/exports procedures (shipping transportation)
Prepare related documentation
Communicate with shipping companies to ensure proper order management
Be in regular contact with suppliers and customers regarding logistics issues
Ensure the company's database is updated
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Business Administration or related field
Preferably experience of two years in maritime transportation
Fluency in English language
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Customer-centric approach
Attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
