This is a full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, and the office location is in the city centre.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

• Handling invoices registration (in Italian language)

• Prepare and record accounting entries and related financial records

• Managing payments

• Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Finance or Economics

• Two years of experience in the Accounting field

• Fluency in Italian is necessary

• Fluency in English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Customer-centric approach

• Attention to detail

• Ability to plan and organise
