As our business in Latin America is expanding, we wish to grow our team in the Panama-area office, and therefore we are looking for a specialized Freight Procurement Associate, who can be based anywhere in Central or South America.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in logistics rates and terms negotiations
Be engaged in the searches of new potential logistics and transportation vendors within the area of responsibility
Communicate with colleagues and logistics partners in Latin America
Be in charge of respective data entry and electronic document management
Collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Fluency in Spanish & English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Customer-centric approach
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
