This is an entry-level and full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, for our offices based in Thermi.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare documents for imports/exports procedures
Review shipping documents to ensure they are billed properly
Communicate with shipping lines & customers to complete the imports/exports successfully
Ensure company's database is updated
Collaborate with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Fluency in English
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relative field
Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience - entry-level position
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Customer-centric approach
Attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
