Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Electronic Document Management

  • Preparing documents for imports/exports procedures

  • Reviewing shipping documents to ensure they are billed properly

  • Communicating with shipping lines & customers to complete the imports/exports successfully

  • Ensuring company's database is updated

  • Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction



Qualifications & Competencies

  • Fluency in English

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relative field

  • Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience - entry-level position

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
