We are looking for a professional candidate who will be working the late shift (16:00 - 00:00) with our customers in Latin America. We are looking for professionals who are based mainly in Thessaloniki, however, we are considering applications from applicants all over Greece.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and orders
Communicate with external partners mainly in Latin America
Prepare documentation for transportation processes
Be in charge of data entry and electronic document management
Collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Fluency in Spanish and English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Customer-centric approach
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
