Key Duties & Responsibilities
In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management
Communication with suppliers and clients
Coordinating imports and exports procedures
Managing sales and purchases
Handling customers' and suppliers' requests
Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
Previous experience in Sales or Purchases is considered a plus
Excellent knowledge of English & French
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
