We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management (photos, documents, data)
Handling clearance procedures for effective transportation of goods
Communication with logistics partner to ensure proper management of orders
Communication with suppliers regarding necessary documentation
Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
Two years of experience in office setting
Excellent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
