We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Department. Detail-oriented and well-organized professional, able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Previous experience in international environments or structured companies will be considered a plus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Posting and managing sales invoices and credit notes (Italy, EU and non-EU)
Handling Intrastat reporting and compliance related to intra-community transactions
Creating and maintaining customer and bank master data in the ERP system
Monitoring, recording and reconciling incoming payments
Supporting the accounting team in periodic closings and reporting
Communicating with clients regarding accounting checks or invoice clarifications
The ideal candidate
Proven experience in accounts receivable / customer accounting
Solid knowledge of electronic invoicing and VAT regulations
Very good knowledge of English
Experience with Intrastat and international transactions
Excellent IT skills (ERP systems, advanced Excel)
Accuracy, reliability and strong team-working skills
Educational background in Accounting, Economics or similar fields
